Sweet Potato Pork

Wash the pork belly, add cold water to the pot, add pepper, bay leaves, ginger, cooking wine and blanch in water. After boiling, cook for 10 minutes.

Remove the pork belly and spread soy sauce on the skin while it is hot.

Heat the wok, pour in an appropriate amount of oil, and fry the pork belly with the skin down until golden.

After turning off the heat, use the remaining temperature to fry the side of the meat slightly.

Cut the meat into thin slices about 5mm thick.

Put the meat slices in a large bowl, add soy sauce, a little salt and stir evenly, so that each piece of meat is evenly coated with soy sauce.

Place the meat slices neatly in a bowl.

Put an appropriate amount of washed and cut sweet potatoes.

Put it in the pot, put cold water into the pot, and steam for about 45 minutes after the steam comes out.

Take out the steamed meat and buckle a plate on top.

Turn it over quickly and place the meat upside down on the plate.
