Sweet Potato Syrup
1.
Wash the sweet potatoes, peel them, and cut the sweet potatoes into cubes; use a knife to flatten the ginger.
2.
Put the cut sweet potatoes into the rice cooker.
3.
Add the right amount of water.
4.
Put the pot in the rice cooker after adding the water.
5.
Turn on the power and start the soup/porridge cooking program for one hour.
6.
One hour later, when the sugar water is boiled, you can add appropriate amount of sugar to taste and eat.
Tips:
1. Brown sugar can be replaced with white sugar. Because brown sugar is sweeter than white sugar base, I usually use brown sugar at home.
2. Many sweet potatoes are good on the outside, but there are sandworms in the center, so when buying it, it is recommended to buy two more spares.
3. Put in ginger to bring out the taste of sweet potato even more, not too many two slices is enough.
