Sweet Pumpkin Glutinous Rice Cake

• The pumpkin is peeled and cut into pieces and steamed; Put it in a fresh-keeping bag and crush it into a puree with a rolling dough; • Pour the pumpkin puree into the flour while the hot sugar is hot, add some sugar by the way, and knead the dough until the surface of the dough is smooth;

• Divide the dough into several small doses; flatten it, add a small spoonful of pineapple jam, seal the mouth, round it, and so on;

• Cover the steamer with gauze, put the wrapped glutinous rice cakes in, and steam for 10-15 minutes; • When the pot is hot, wrap the glutinous rice cakes with coconut paste, and the sweet and delicious glutinous rice cakes are ready;
Tips:
• The pumpkin should be steamed in water, not boiled, otherwise there will be too much water;
• No need to add water during the dough mixing process;
• If there is no jam, you can add sesame paste;
• Roll a few times on the coconut paste while it is hot, or it won't stick when it cools.
