Sweet Purple Sweet Potato Tuan Tuan

Purple sweet potato peeled, washed and steamed

Twist the purple sweet potato into a puree while it is hot, mix it with sugar and glutinous rice flour, knead it into a dough, wake up for about 5 minutes

Divide the kneaded dough into several small doughs

Tips:
