Sweet Snacks ~ Honey Pickled Strawberries

Wash the strawberries with light salt water, drain the water to control dryness, and absorb the excess water with a clean towel.

A moderate amount of honey, preferably liquid honey, is easy to pickle. It’s just that my house is full of white honey, so it’s okay.

In a clean, oil-free glass bottle, cut strawberries in half, one layer of strawberry and one layer of honey.

At the top, honey is sealed. Cover and store in the refrigerator. Leave it to marinate for two or three days.

It has been marinated for a day, and the juice in the strawberry has already precipitated a lot.
