To make oily crust and shortcrust pastry, pour all the ingredients of the oily crust into the mixing bowl, mix well with a spoon, then move to the panel and knead until the dough is smooth, cover with plastic wrap or fresh-keeping bag and relax for 20 minutes. For the pastry, use a spoon to mix the ingredients well, and hold it tightly with your hands until the dough is covered with plastic wrap and relax for 20 minutes.

Divide the loose oily skin and shortbread into 10 equal parts.

Take one oily skin and put it into a shortbread. After wrapping it, close the mouth tightly, with the mouth facing down.

After wrapping everything up, cover with plastic wrap and relax for a second time for 20 minutes.

Put the water, butter, and sugar into the pot to boil. When the bubbles begin to bubble, pour the glutinous rice flour, coconut and sesame seeds into the pot and stir-fry them evenly until they are creamy yellow without cornstarch.

Tips:
1. If you want to not break the skin when you want to roll it up, knead it as much as possible. If you knead out the glove film, you can avoid not breaking the skin. However, I generally did not knead out the glove film, and basically there was no broken skin.
2. Remember to cover with plastic wrap and relax for 20 minutes after each roll up.
3. The baking temperature is adjusted according to the own oven.
