Sword Bean and Potato Chips---vegetarian Hot Stir-fry

Prepare all the ingredients, shorten the beans, and cut the potatoes into thick strips.

Press the garlic into garlic paste, and cut the tempeh into small pieces.

Soak the potatoes in clean water for 1 hour, then remove and drain.

Tips:
1. The potato chips are soaked in water for 1 hour to remove starch.
