Sydney Lily and Red Dates Pumpkin Steamed
1.
Wash the pumpkin 🎃, cut it from 1/3 (I just ate a part), remove the seeds and put it in a large bowl;
2.
Steam on high heat for 10-15 minutes, the length of time depends on the size of the pumpkin;
3.
While steaming the pumpkin, wash the Sydney pear, remove the skin and core and cut into pieces, remove the core and shred the red dates, and soak in warm lily water;
4.
After the pumpkin has been steamed for 10 minutes, add other ingredients and continue steaming for another 20 minutes;
5.
Arrange the steamed pear squash on a plate, and pour the juice into the wok;
6.
Boil the juice on a high fire until it foams and changes color;
7.
Pour the honey juice on the pumpkin;
8.
A delicious and healthy dessert is ready to eat! 😄
Tips:
1. Put the pumpkin into the pot and steam for 10 minutes, and then put the other ingredients into the pot and steam together; 2. Red dates should not be put too much, because of their warm and sweet nature, they are mostly warm tonic.
