Sydney Lotus Seed Soup

Set aside Sydney and lotus seeds, wash and soak the lotus seeds.

Peel and core the Sydney pear and cut into small pieces

After the lotus seeds are soaked, clean them

Put water in a casserole, add pears and lotus seeds to a boil on high heat, then change to low heat and cook slowly
