Sydney Lotus Seed Soup

Wash the dried lotus seeds and soak them in water for more than 4 hours.

Put the lotus seeds into the bear health pot and add water to the 600ml mark. Start the porridge cooking mode, it takes 50 minutes.

I'll deal with Sydney when there are almost 20 minutes left. Peel and core the Sydney pear and cut into small pieces.

Put the cut Sydney pears in a health pot, and add a tablespoon of sweet-scented osmanthus.
