Sydney Tremella Soup

Soak the white fungus in cold water.

Remove the soaked white fungus and tear it into small pieces.
3.
Peel and core the Sydney pear and cut into small pieces.
4.
Put water, white fungus, and Sydney in a pot and bring to a boil. Turn to medium and low heat and cook for half an hour.
5.
Add rock sugar.
6.
Add the wolfberry and cook until the rock sugar melts.
