Sydney White Fungus and Loquat Soup

Prepare white fungus, pear, loquat, lily

Soak the white fungus and lily in cold water for 30 minutes in advance

Peel and core the loquat and cut into pieces.

Peel the pear and cut it into pieces with a hob.

Soaked white fungus, peel off the pedicle

Put water in the pot, add the white fungus and lily to a medium-low heat and start boiling. Add rock sugar until the gum is cooked and it feels sticky

Add the pears and loquat and continue to cook for about 20 minutes
Tips:
The loquat core is poisonous and inedible, and the film in the middle has to be torn off. Small method for peeling loquat: Use a spoon to scrape the surface of the loquat, the skin will be particularly easy to tear.
