Sydney White Fungus and Wolfberry Soup
1.
Wash and tear the white fungus soaked hair, dry astragalus tablets and lily, and put them in a casserole
2.
Fill the casserole with water, bring it to a boil, turn to a low heat and simmer for about 1.5 hours before it is completely boiled
3.
About half of the water goes down, the soup becomes thick
4.
Wash Sydney, cut into thin slices, add to the casserole, then add an appropriate amount of rock sugar, and continue to simmer for half an hour
5.
After half an hour, add 1 chrysanthemum, simmer for 5 minutes, wait until the chrysanthemum is completely moisturized and fragrant
6.
Add the cleaned goji berries and simmer for 2 minutes.
Tips:
When the high fire is not fully boiled at the beginning, turn to low heat to avoid turning to low heat after it is completely boiled, and the soup will overflow the pot. Tremella is sticky and can easily overflow the pot
