Tahini

Take the flour, add warm water and yeast powder to form a dough

Roll the fermented dough into a pancake and spread a layer of sesame paste.

Then roll the flatbread with sesame sauce and roll it up on Yanbian, and cut it into sections after the roll.

Then squeeze the cut ends and press them into a pie shape, sprinkle with black and white ripe sesame seeds, and roll them out with a rolling pin.

Heat the electric baking pan in advance, brush a layer of oil on the bottom, put the cake in, and bake it.
Tips:
When I did it alone, I didn’t have the previous face-to-face drawing. Note that the dough must be fermented before making it to make the inside of the cake soft.
