Tai Chi Yam Paste
1.
Wash and peel the yam
2.
Cut it into pieces about 2-3cm in length
3.
Put an appropriate amount of water in a bowl (it's almost enough to cover the yam). Put it into the microwave oven, high heat for 5-8 minutes, then turn it to cooked (adjust the time appropriately according to the size of the yam)
4.
Put sugar and cooked yam into the wall breaker (if you like a light taste, don’t add it)
5.
Start the "sauce" program, and it's done in 2-3 rounds
6.
Pour the delicate Huarun yam mud into the bowl
7.
Spread a layer of sesame walnut powder on top, and the delicious and healthy Tai Chi yam paste is ready
Tips:
1. I was eating yam in a different way, so I didn't add other ingredients too much. If friends who are looking for taste can add milk or whipped cream, I believe the taste will be even better.
