Tainan Rice Cake

1. The shiitake mushrooms and dried shrimps are soaked in water and shredded. The shredded pork is marinated with pepper and soy sauce.

2. Soak the glutinous rice in water for 2 hours, then pour out the water and steam for 40 minutes.

3. Put the sesame oil in the pan.

4. Add shiitake mushrooms, dried shrimp and stir fry until fragrant.

5. Add the shredded pork and butter onion, and stir fry.

6. Add soy sauce, and then add the water for soaking shiitake mushrooms.

7. Add the steamed glutinous rice.

8. Stir and fry evenly.

9. Put it in a mold, steam for 10 minutes, and pour it on a plate.
