Taiwanese Braised Pork Rice

Prepare these three seasonings, some treasures are available for sale

Wash pork belly with skin and cut into long strips

Pour the oil into the wok, add ginger after the oil is hot, add the pork belly and stir fry until the meat changes color, then add the golden orchid ointment
