The Taiwanese braised pork rice that I learned is really delicious. I have made it many times. When I made it for the first time, I didn’t have enough time to simmer and tasted a lot worse. Later, every time I made it, it was very delicious. Not coming.
One time, I just made braised pork rice at noon. A few friends came here temporarily. It was not enough for one person to serve one plate. They all praised the deliciousness.

Taiwanese Braised Pork Rice

1. Prepare these three seasonings, some treasures are available for sale

2. Wash pork belly with skin and cut into long strips

3. Pour the oil into the wok, add ginger after the oil is hot, add the pork belly and stir fry until the meat changes color, then add the golden orchid ointment

4. Stir-fry again and add the rice wine. If the color is not enough, add a little soy sauce and stir-fry for half a minute (use cooking wine instead of rice wine)

5. Add bay leaves and aniseed, then add meat-free water

6. Add onion crisps after boiling

7. Cook again until bubbling

8. Pour into the automatic pot, the automatic pot saves trouble, if there is no automatic pot, use a low heat in a stew pot to simmer slowly, turn over during the period to prevent the pot from sticking, if there is too little water, add some water

9. Choose the stewed pork ribs program

10. Stew it for more than an hour and enjoy it. When the collagen in the skin of the pork belly is simmered, the stewed pork will be thick and fragrant.
Served with a bowl of rice, an egg and a bowl of soup, blanched vegetables, super delicious and exquisite meal for one person.

Tips:

The time for the stewing must be enough, this is not anxious, the taste is far worse if it is not stewed.
