Taiwanese Braised Pork Rice

Diced pork

Use the fat to refine oil first

Chop the onion and deep-fry it with refined pork (you can omit this step if you have a crispy onion)

After picking up the onions, use the remaining oil to stir fragrant ingredients

Put the rock sugar and the meat, pour the cooking wine and stir-fry until slightly dry, add the dark soy sauce and then add the onion and stir fry

Then add water to submerge the meat and bring to a boil

Pour the meat into the casserole to add eggs and dried tofu
Tips:
Put the stew in a big pot, microwave it to blanch some greens when you eat it, and it will save trouble. I like to add some chili oil and chopped green onion to eat better
