Taiwanese Fried Noodles
1.
I used soba noodles with all the ingredients.
2.
Shred cucumber, mince garlic and green onions. Dice dried tofu.
3.
Add water and a little salt to the pot and cook the noodles first!
4.
After being cooked, let it cool in water and set aside.
5.
Put 20ml of oil in the pot to heat.
6.
Add pork stuffing and stir fry until fragrant.
7.
The fried rice is in a loosely granular state, add chopped green onion and stir well.
8.
Add the bean paste and fry until fragrant.
9.
Stir fry with soy sauce and sweet noodle sauce.
10.
Add about 150ml of water to a boil, cook for a few minutes to let the sauce enter the dried tofu.
11.
If there is too much soup, you can add an appropriate amount of water and starch to thicken it out.
12.
Put the noodles in a bowl, and put cucumber shreds, fried sauce, and minced garlic on the surface. This way, a bowl of Taiwanese fried noodles is done, and you can eat bibimbap.
Tips:
If you don't like garlic, you can leave it alone!
