I happen to have Lipu taro and cake flour to digest at home, so I will make a lazy version of Taiyaki~~"

Taiyaki

1. After washing, peeling and dicing the Lipu taro, it is steamed in water.

2. The taro chunks are rolled into a puree and mixed with sugar and milk to form a taro milk filling (just to suit your taste).

3. Cake flour➕milk➕egg, stir until batter.

4. Cut a small piece of butter and heat it into a liquid.

5. Use a brush to brush on the inner wall of the heated (low fire) taiyaki mold.

6. Use a spoon to scoop a scoop of batter, and place it on the taiyaki mold pot about 70% full. Don't put too much, otherwise it will squeeze out like the first one I did.

7. Then add the tuned taro milk filling.

8. Then add a layer of batter to the tail of the fish.

9. Cover the pot, turn over and bake on both sides until browned. This is the first one I made, and there was too much batter to squeeze out 😛.

10. Repair the extra part and install it~

11. The fillings of taro milk are very, very delicious😋.
