Talking Plum Pig Hand
1.
Scrape and clean the pig's hand, rinse with cold water after blanching, drain and set aside; slice ginger for use
2.
Put a small amount of oil in a hot pan and saute ginger slices, add pork knuckles, and stir fry for a while
3.
Move the pork knuckles into the clay pot, add plum, rock sugar, and two spoons of fresh soy sauce
4.
Add water to soak the pork knuckles
5.
Cover the lid and bring to a boil. Change to medium and small heat.
6.
During the period, open the lid and flip it with chopsticks to prevent the bottom from getting stuck.
7.
Add a little salt when harvesting the juice (I added about 1/4 teaspoon, you can try the taste, I don’t add it if I think the taste is right for me)
8.
Turn off the fire. Sprinkle a little chopped green onion, you can serve it in the original pot or serve on a plate
9.
I am lazy and serve the original pot, so everyone will take a look!
Tips:
If you like a bit of chewy, you can turn off the heat a little earlier
