Ingredients: 500 grams of trotters, 6-10 pieces of plum, 1 piece of ginger, 15 grams of sugar, 20 grams of cooking wine, 5 grams of oyster sauce, 3 grams of soy sauce.

Clean the fine hairs on the trotters, wash them, and cut them into pieces. Then, clean the pot, add the trotters and ginger slices in cold water and cook until the water boils (to remove the trotters blood water).
