Tangerine and Yam Porridge

Ingredients: 5 lotus seeds, 75 grams of yam, 3 pitted red dates, 8 grams of medlar, 50 grams of northeast rice, 3 grams of tangerine peel, appropriate amount of water

Scrub the sand on the surface of the yam, peel it and cut it into chunks, and set aside.

Tips:
The size of yam cuts can be arbitrary,
If the red dates have pits, they need to be broken and used before removing the pits.
The rice cooker can also be replaced by an ordinary cooking pot, and boil it until the rice is rotten and the porridge is melted.
