Tangerine Bunny Ding

1. Prepare the materials first.

2. After washing the green onion and ginger, cut the green onion into long sections, shred the ginger, and remove the seeds of the dried red pepper and cut into sections.

3. Dice the rabbit after washing.

4. Add Pixian Douban, ginger, green onion, tangerine peel, Chinese pepper, dried red pepper, light soy sauce (you can't use soy sauce, otherwise the color will be dark), cooking wine.

5. Marinate for one hour after mixing.

6. Put vegetable oil in the wok.

7. Put the rabbit cubes in when it is 70% hot.

8. Stir fry over medium heat.
(Remember: do not add water)

9. Stir out the water.

10. Change to low heat, add scallions and stir-fry slowly.

11. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes and add sugar.

12. Continue to stir fry for about 20 minutes.
