Taro

1. The sweet potatoes are steamed and pressed into a puree.

2. The purple sweet potato is steamed and pressed into a puree.

3. Sweet potato, purple potato mash, add tapioca starch, mix well and knead into a dough.

4. Knead into long strips, cut into small portions, and round.

5. Do both.
