Taro
1.
Steam the taro in a pot
2.
Pound the cooked taro into a puree, add starch and sugar, and stir with chopsticks. I forgot to take a picture, there is a picture of a basin, let’s use your imagination
3.
Roll the made-up taro dough into strips like dumplings. If you can’t, use your hands to form small balls one by one. The shape is random, and the taste is the same in the mouth.
4.
After squeezing the shape, I cooked 4 of them and tasted the taste. Much better than those sold outside! And the steps are not difficult. Do it yourself, it's cheap, healthy and save money.
5.
If you can't eat it, put it in a bag, freeze it in the refrigerator, and cook it whenever you want to eat it! Add your favorite fruits and yogurt, it’s delicious
Tips:
When boiling, there must be a little more water in the pot, boil the pot under the water and cook for 2-3 minutes.
