Taro and Red Bean Soup

Prepare the ingredients you need, peel the taro, wash and cut into small pieces.

After washing the red beans, put them in a pot, pour in clean water, you can put more water, try not to add it in the middle, which will affect the taste.

After boiling, turn to medium-low heat and cook for 40 minutes.

After the red beans are out of the sand, add the taro cubes and cook for 20 minutes until the taro is soft and rotten.

Then add brown sugar.
