Taro and Red Date Soup

Prepare the materials

Wash taro, peeled and cut into pieces

Red dates are pitted; goji berries are washed

Put water in a pot and bring to a boil, put in the taro chunks, boil and cook for about 8 minutes

When it's almost ripe, add the red dates and wolfberry berries, and cook for 10 minutes. The general sweetness will come out.

Finally, add some rock sugar and stir to melt.
