Taro Balls and Herbal Coconut Sago
1.
Wash the purple potatoes, steam them in a pot, and peel them.
2.
Cassava flour
3.
Use a spoon to grind the purple sweet potato into a puree, add tapioca powder and white sugar and stir evenly. If it feels too dry, add slightly hot water.
4.
Knead into a ball.
5.
Knead into long strips and cut into small pieces (you can also do it yourself).
6.
7.
Pour the taro balls into boiling water and cook them. The taro balls will float up to remove them. After a while in cold boiling water, they will be more chewy and the color will be better.
8.
Boil sago. When washing the sago, don’t leave it in the water for too long as it will melt. Put it in boiling water and cook until it becomes transparent.
9.
Add grass, your favorite fruits, cooked taro balls, sago, and pour coconut milk into the bowl (the coconut milk tastes better when iced), it's done, isn't it great!
