Taro Balls and Red Bean Paste

Take 200 grams of honey red beans, rinse with water, and soak for 2-3 hours

Put the soaked red beans into the pressure cooker, add appropriate amount of water, and the water surface is 1-1.5 cm higher than the honey red beans

Bring to a high heat, cover the lid of the pressure cooker, press on medium and low heat for about 15 minutes

Take appropriate amount of pressed red bean and red bean soup into a small pot, add rock sugar, stir while heating, make it into red bean paste

Pumpkin peeled and seeded, washed and cut into small pieces, steamed in a pot, and then pressed into pumpkin puree

Add proper amount of glutinous rice flour to pumpkin puree, and the ratio of pumpkin puree to glutinous rice flour is about 1:2. Then knead it into a dough, add glutinous rice flour if it’s sticky

Peel the taro, wash and cut into small pieces, steam it in a pot, take half of it and press it into taro mash, and the other half for use

Add glutinous rice flour, add a little water and knead to form a dough

Knead into two smooth doughs

Roll the dough into long strips

Cut into small pieces. Same as above for taro dough

After the water is boiled, add the taro balls and turn off the heat when all the taro balls rise.

Put the red bean paste into a bowl after it's cooked
14.
Put in an appropriate amount of taro balls, taro chunks and cooked red beans.
