Taro Cake with Sandwich

Peel the taro and cut into pieces, put it in the steamer and boil for 15 minutes, prick it with chopsticks and cook.

Let it dry for a while, put the taro in a basin and press it into a puree with a spoon. If it is too dry, add a little milk. Don’t add too much, it will not form.

Brush the mooncake mold with a layer of olive oil and put taro puree, leaving a hole in the middle like a flower.

Add a spoonful of peanut butter in the middle hole.

Fill the sauce with taro puree and smooth it out.

Put the muddy mold on the plate and gently press it up. With the strength, gently lift it up while the handle is pressed down, and a piece of taro cake is ready.

Tips:
No sugar is added when making it. For sweet ones, you can add sugar or condensed milk when pressing the mud. The filling can be changed to your favorite flavor, but it must be thicker and easier to handle.
