Taro Dumplings

Chop the sandwich meat into minced meat, add salt, cooking wine, and oyster sauce starch, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes. Chop the kidney beans and dried tofu into fine slices.

Put oil in the pot, add minced meat, green beans, dried tofu and stir fry, add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce to fry and let cool.

The taro is steamed and peeled.

While hot, the taro is pressed into a mashed taro, and the flour is added to form a dough.
