Taro Mashed Shrimp Cake

The taro is washed in the soil and steamed in a pot.

The prawns are decapsulated and viscera are chopped and then mixed with alcohol salt and pickled.

After the taro is steamed, let it cool, peel it and grind it into a puree with a knife surface.

Put the mashed taro in a large clean bowl, press and stir with a spoon.

Pour in the marinated shrimp and stir well.

Pour in dry starch and stir vigorously.

After adding the sugar, continue to stir until it becomes a sticky dough.

Dip your hands with water, take small pieces of taro and press into small cakes.
9.
Put the taro cakes in a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil and fry them over low heat.

Fry until golden on both sides.
Tips:
1. Shrimp meat can be prepared with cooking wine to remove fishy.
