Taro Tube Bone Pot

Wash the bones and put them in the pot for blanching

Put the barrel bone in the pot, add enough water, put ginger and yellow wine, and boil it to remove the foam

Simmer for 1.5 hours

When cooking the bones, wash the taro, peeled and cut into pieces

Boil the tube bones for about 1.5 hours and then add the taro, cook for a few minutes, wait for the taro to soften, add salt to taste, and bring it out of the pan
