Taro Whirlwind Ice Cream
1.
When steaming the rice, put the peeled and washed taro in the rice cooker and steam it by the way.
2.
The cooled fragrant taro is pureed in a blender.
3.
Add white sugar and milk powder to the mashed taro, mix well.
4.
Put the potato starch into the wok and fry.
5.
Stir the fried and fragrant starch into the mashed taro.
6.
Add the cream and mix well.
7.
Put the Oreo biscuits in a fresh-keeping bag and crush them, leaving some not crushed too crushed for decoration.
8.
Stir the crushed Oreo biscuits into the taro puree, then use a fork to stir in a clockwise direction to create a whirlwind, and garnish with jam and Oreo.
Tips:
1. The steamed fragrant taro is more delicious and softer.
2. If there is no potato starch, flour can be used instead.
3. Eat the finished ice cream immediately, otherwise the crunchy texture of Oreo will be lost and it will become a soft steamed bun.
