Tasty But Fresh Shrimp Pot Stickers
1.
Cut ginger into shredded ginger, cut pork into pieces, cut carrots into pieces, chop coriander, and slice soaked shiitake mushrooms.
2.
Dehull and remove the shrimp thread, add soy sauce and cooking wine, stir well and set aside.
3.
Cut small pieces of pork, carrots, shiitake mushrooms and ginger into the meat grinder.
4.
Beat into minced meat.
5.
Add minced coriander, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, starch and appropriate amount of salt to the minced meat and mix well.
6.
Put an appropriate amount of meat on the dumpling wrapper and smear a little water on the upper and lower edges of the dumpling wrapper.
7.
Put another shrimp on it.
8.
Fold in half and pinch the middle.
9.
Finish the pot stickers one by one.
10.
Brush the pot with a little oil, put the pot stickers into the pot one by one, and turn on medium and low heat.
11.
Fry until the bottom is browned.
12.
Pour in an appropriate amount of water and immediately close the lid. (Don't have too much water, it just happens to be the edge of the dumpling wrapper, not without the dumpling wrapper). I haven't taken any photos here. The water will burst out when it meets the oil, which is very dangerous. So after adding water, cover the pot immediately. Simmer for about 8 minutes.
13.
Sprinkle some black sesame seeds before opening the lid.
