What kind of deliciousness will you never forget? That is the taste of mother, the taste of your habit. I grew up on the seaside, and I was blessed by the sea very happily. I can eat a lot of fresh seafood. Seafood is also indispensable in natural wontons. Shrimp is added to the filling, and clams are added to the soup. It is so delicious!

Tasty Wonton

1. Wash the cabbage,

2. Chop the cabbage and wring out the water. Be careful not to twist it too dry.

3. After the meat is minced, add soy sauce and stir in one direction.

4. Chopped green onions,

5. Put the shrimp into the meat and stir well,

6. Stir in the cabbage, add oil, salt, seasoning,

7. Wonton wrappers are ready-made, as shown in the picture.

8. After the water in the pot is boiled, put the wontons in, and add water after boiling, usually 3 times. Then take the wontons out to control the water for later use,

9. Pick kidney beans, clean them, and cut them into small cubes for later use.

10. Beat the eggs into a bowl, beat them up,

11. Put a small amount of oil in the pan, fry the kidney beans, add water to a boil, beat in the eggs, add the clam meat, and bring to a boil for seasoning.

12. Pour the soup on the wontons, sprinkle with coriander, and start eating. Of course, you can add white pepper and other condiments to adjust the flavor if you like.

Tips:

The cooking time of wontons is determined by the fillings. Generally, there will be more meat. If it is green vegetables, it is usually enough to add water twice.
The water used for cooking wontons should not be too little, too little water will stick to the pot.
