Tea Eggs

Wash the surface of the eggs with clean water first, put the water in a pot to heat the eggs and cook them, about 15 minutes

Material preparation. Unpack the tea, add star anise, bay leaves, cinnamon and ginger slices in a basin for later use

After the eggs are cooked, remove them and rinse them with cold water, and then use a spoon or hand to pinch out cracks in the shell. Put cold water in the pot again

Pour the prepared ingredients into the pot, put an appropriate amount of salt, boil on high heat and turn to low heat until the soup is slightly thicker, turn off the heat and simmer for half an hour

Then transfer to a basin and let it taste for 1-3 days
