Tea Flavored Pork Ribs

Wash the small ribs, add cold water to the pot and bring the ribs to a boil, then remove the ribs.

Wash the blanched ribs with cold water and drain the water.

Add oil to the wok and heat up, then sauté the onion, ginger and garlic.

Add ribs, cook with cooking wine, soy sauce, and oyster sauce, stir-fry evenly, add Pu'er tea.

Pour in the right amount of hot water and spare ribs together, add white sugar, turn to a high heat and simmer until the meat is rotten.
6.
Stir in salt and stir well, and then close the sauce over high heat.
