Tea-flavored Shrimp Tomato Pot
1.
Ingredients: tomatoes, shrimp (head and peeled, shrimp intestines and tails removed), green tea, corn kernels, string beans (corn kernels and string beans are stored in the summer. I blanched them in advance for a better taste).
2.
Marinate the shrimp with salt and pepper for 5 minutes.
3.
Make green tea in hot water and take tea juice for later use.
4.
Cut off the head of the tomato, and use a knife and spoon to dig out the seeds and meat inside.
5.
Add sugar to the corn kernels and string beans, add a portion of the tomato meat, and mix well.
6.
Put it in a pot made of tomatoes.
7.
Roll the prawns and place them on the corn kernels, leaving the tails of the prawns on the outside, and pour an appropriate amount of tea.
8.
Put it in a steamer and steam for 6 minutes.
9.
Finished product.
Tips:
Do not fill the tomato cup too full. After heating, the tomato meat will expand. If it is too full, it will break the skin. First marinate the shrimp, so that the shrimp has a bottom taste, the shrimp will taste and taste.
