Tea Fragrant Chicken

Prepare the ingredients, you can buy a big bag of spices directly~

Massage the whole body of the chicken with salt.

Add spices, tea leaves, green onion, ginger and garlic to the container for the chicken, pour in the dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and water, soak for 3 hours to taste.

After 3 hours, put the white radish and garlic on the bottom of the casserole, put the chicken, add the previous juice, and simmer for two hours after the water is boiled.

Tips:
1. The picture of the finished product shows what I made for the first time. It was delicious the first time I made it, but white radish and green onions were not added.
2. It will be more convenient to buy a large bag directly.
3. Just submerge it for more than half of the time, it is better to stew, but remember to turn the chicken over~
