Tea Fragrant Edamame
1.
Rub the edamame with a little salt to remove the excess hair on the surface. Cut off a little bit at both ends of the edamame for easy taste
2.
Prepare the ingredients. Put the amount of water in the pot that is just enough for the edamame, then add the tea, star anise, and chili, bring to a boil, then add salt and the processed edamame and cook for four to five minutes
3.
Then turn off the heat, cover the pot and simmer until it cools to room temperature, then put the soup and water in a container and put it in the refrigerator to taste
