Tea Shrimp

Half a catty of fresh live prawns, after a bit of oil

Soak the tea leaves in boiling water. Do not soak for too long, so that the tea flavor can be preserved. Wring out the water and let the oil pass.

Put the shrimp and tea in the pot, stir fry for three or four minutes, add a small amount of salt, and finish
