Ten Minutes Simple Version-boiling Fish

1. Cut the green onion, slap the ginger with a knife, peel the garlic

2. Wash the fish, dry it a bit, add cooking wine, salt, starch, and marinate for 10 minutes

3. Heat oil in a pan, add a little more oil, add ginger and shallots, stir fry until fragrant, add pepper, fry until fragrant
