Teppanyaki Japanese Tofu

Cut Japanese tofu into five pieces each (it's easy to break, it must be light); pour all the starch into a large bowl, put the cut Japanese tofu in, shake the bowl so that each piece of tofu is evenly coated with starch

Heat oil in a pot, add tofu and fry on medium heat until golden

Remove the oil and set aside; chop the meat into minced meat, cut the red pepper, ginger, and garlic into small pieces

Heat oil in another pot, heat to 50-60% heat, add red pepper, ginger, garlic and minced meat and stir-fry evenly

Add 1 tablespoon of broth; pour in the fried tofu, add salt and soy sauce and stir fry evenly, pour a little sesame oil before serving

Pour into the hot plate and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
