Teriyaki Chicken Drumstick Rice

Prepare the ingredients

Wash the drumsticks clean and beat them with a hammer to loosen them.

Add cooking wine, ginger, light soy sauce and white pepper to the drumsticks. Rub the chicken legs repeatedly, and evenly spread the ingredients on the chicken legs. Marinate for about 1 hour. In the meantime, boil the broccoli in hot water for later use.

Heat the pan with oil, add ginger and chili, then add the chicken drumsticks, skin side down, and fry for about 10 minutes.

Turn it over and continue to fry for about 8 minutes
