Teriyaki Chicken Drumsticks
1.
The bones of the chicken thighs were shaved at the place where they were bought. When they came back, they were marinated with white wine and a small amount of black pepper. It is best to marinate for longer.
2.
Add a little oil, and fry the chicken leg with the skin side down on a low fire. Fry the skin side until it turns yellow and the reverse side. Continue to fry on a low fire. You can gently press it with a spatula from time to time. Fry the chicken drumsticks on both sides until slightly browned.
3.
Pour light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, honey, oil, sugar, and black pepper juice into a bowl according to the proportions, and add appropriate amount of warm water. The teriyaki sauce is ready.
4.
1. Cut the fried chicken legs and put them in the pan. 2. Pour the teriyaki sauce and bring to a boil on low heat. 3. The braising process needs to be turned over to ensure that the chicken legs are delicious on both sides.
5.
Just boil the teriyaki sauce until it thickens, and it's out of the pot!
