Teriyaki Chicken Drumsticks

Prepare a large chicken thigh to remove the bone,

Prick your eyes more with toothpicks,

Marinate soy sauce, cooking wine, and ginger for 20 minutes,

Teriyaki sauce: honey, soy sauce, cooking wine, rice wine (you don’t need rice wine if you have sake),

Pour it into a small pot and boil it to make a thick,
6.
Brush the sauce on the chicken thighs,
7.
Bake the chicken skin down for 15 minutes in the oven at 190°,
8.
Take out, turn over and brush the sauce, and bake for another 10 minutes.
