Eel is rich in a variety of nutrients, and has the effects of nourishing blood, removing dampness, and anti-tuberculosis. I don't usually eat too much, because it stabbed too much. It tastes good when dried and it tastes delicious

Teriyaki Dried Eel

1. Wash the eel and cut into pieces, mince ginger and garlic

2. Stir fragrant ginger and garlic in a frying pan

3. Add the eel and stir fry, add the cooking wine to remove the fishy

4. Put salt

5. Release light soy sauce, dark soy sauce

6. Put some boiling water

7. After the eel is cooked, put the teriyaki sauce

Tips:

If it’s salty dried eel, soak it first to get rid of some saltiness
