Teriyaki Fried Firm Tofu

I use firm tofu to fry golden brown on both sides

Add three kinds of seasonings, 2 scoops, 1 scoop and 1 scoop, half a bowl of water

The juice dries quickly, put leeks or green onions or coriander, etc. (you don’t want to put it), or sprinkle some sesame seeds

Simmer for two or three minutes, then out of the pot
